Foto Fridays: Simply Look Up

Street photography has taught me one simple lesson: look up. In a world where so much of our attention is fixed on our phones, it’s easy to overlook the beautiful, unscripted moments unfolding all around us. A fleeting embrace, a shared laugh, a moment of tenderness — life is constantly offering us something worth noticing, if only we take the time to see it.

“It’s like a finger pointing away to the moon. Don’t concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory.” — Bruce Lee

Ironically, in our attempts to connect with the world through our phones, we often lose sight of the beauty unfolding right in front of us. So, every once in a while, I encourage you to put the phone away, lift your eyes, and simply look up.
